Powerful-Green Smoothie and Attractive Bowl

Total Time: 30 Minutes 
Yield for: 2 persons
Green Smoothie bowl

Ingredients:
  • 2 small bowl frozen chopped spinach (about 4 oz.)
  • 1 medium ripe banana (4.5 oz.), sliced
  • Half cup coconut water, add more if needed
  • Half cup fresh pineapple cubes (about 3 oz.)
  • 2 spoons hemp seed
  • 2 medium kiwis (about 3.5 oz.), chopped & peeled
  • Salt as per need
  • 2 spoons chopped ginger if you like
  • 0.5 spoon honey, if you like
  • Do your favorite toppings
How to Make It

Step 1
Freeze banana and pineapple slices for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.


Step 2

Place banana, pineapple, hemp seed, spinach, kiwis, coconut water and salt, if you like then add ginger and honey in a blender; mix up until smooth, 25 to 30 seconds, stopping to stir and scrape down sides as needed. (If the mix is too thick, add up to 4 spoons coconut water and mix again.) Divide between bowls and sprinkle with your favorite toppings. 

Serve immediately.
